​Eray Demir (b. 1990) is a Turkish film director. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Maltepe University in 2013. During his early years, he directed several award-winning short films, including The Fate (2010), The Clockman (2012), Downrise (2013), and Once Upon a Time in Jamaica (2013), all of which were screened at both national and international film festivals.

In 2016, Demir directed his first feature-length documentary, Escape for Freedom, exploring themes of human rights and personal liberation. The film marked the beginning of his deep commitment to nonfiction storytelling.

Since then, he has worked as a commercial director, shooting high-profile campaigns across various countries. His cinematic approach combines strong visual aesthetics with human-centered narratives.
